DOES NOT include DUI, Statutory Summary Suspension hearing, Petition for Judicial Driving Permit, Reckless Driving citations, Revoked/Suspended license citations, leaving the scene of property damage or personal injury, criminal, construction site, school zone, railroad crossing violations, passing a stopped school bus while loading/unloading, overweight cases, motions to vacate prior traffic convictions or pleas by affidavit. 

Additional fees for trial and matters previously scheduled for trial.

Criminal charges which are more serious may have additional fees.

Fees quoted are for McHenry County tickets. Tickets originating in Boone, Lake, Kane and Winnebago counties will be subject to additional fees.
